Prevention & maintenance therapy 여전히 금연 이 가장 중요하다. - 전자담배의 안전성 및 금연에 미치는 영향등은 아직 uncertain Influenza vaccine (killed or inactivated) Pneumococcal vaccine (13가 혹은 23가) - 65세 이상에서 recommend Bronchodilators FEV1 향상, dynamic hyperinflation 감소, exercise performance 향상 LAMA or LABA 로 시작해라 LAMA is better than LABA LAMA / LABA 쓰는데 계속 숨차면 -> LAMA+LABA 로 올려라 Theophylline 은 long term 으로 not recommended - 여러 clinical trial 에서 LAMA (tiotropium) 가 LABA 보다 우월한 것 입증 Antiinflammatory Long term ICS 단독 사용 하지마라 Long term OCS 사용하지 마라 LAM...
